Keegan T. Shoemaker

Keegan T. Shoemaker is a partner of the firm and has been with the firm since 2017, when he joined as a law clerk while attending Capital University Law School. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Cincinnati in 2013 and his Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School in 2019. During law school, he received the CALI Award for earning the highest grade in Immigration Law.

Keegan was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2019 and the Florida Bar in 2021 and was named a partner of the firm in 2024. As a partner, he plays a key leadership role in advising clients and helping guide the firm’s estate planning and fiduciary practice.

Keegan’s practice is concentrated in estate planning, trust administration, real estate, and probate matters. He works closely with individuals and families to design comprehensive estate plans, guide fiduciaries through trust and estate administration, and resolve complex probate issues efficiently and effectively. He is known for his practical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to provide clear guidance in sensitive and high-stakes matters.

Keegan is a member of the American, Ohio, Florida, and Columbus Bar Associations.
